Our Wave Player Lite and Pro make workflow easy. Simply select and download, or automatically receiving routed voice files from our secure Web Server (HIPPA compliant), couldn't be easier. Extensive Microsoft Word interaction, facilitates file management and provides the opportunity to eliminate drudgery and reduce clutter. Mini Manager

This intuitive management program was designed from the ground up with the Transcription Company (TCO) in mind. The ability of the TCO to route, manage, and reconcile recordings with documents is paramount in our service model. Billing, Payroll, Account management, Time & Quantity limits and a Template Editor are all functions that add a great deal of value to Mini Manager. Doc Viewer

Doc Viewer offers a unique opportunity for authors to visually track the progression of their recordings from creation to completion, constantly updating the record as it progresses through our system. To facilitate the reconciliation process, Doc Viewer highlights record entries in a variety of colors that represent their current status. (at a glance you know where you stand) In addition as transcribed documents are automatically received from the transcription company, additional demographic data is added to the record entries.
As documents are electronically signed and secured, all letters or reports that require so are automatically faxed or e-mailed to their respective parties. All delivery methodologies generate a log that allow the user to review any failures and offers an opportunity to re-send any report. More ..
