Witkop Office Machines, Inc. has been serving the South Florida area for over 28 years specializing in retailing and servicing voice-processing equipment. Witkop Office Machines has developed a solid reputation for being the leader in providing products and services to our customers. We currently have dictation systems implemented in many of the local area hospitals, clinics and transcription services. We also provide products and services to many of the major law firms in the area.

Witkop Office Machines roots were developed in analog dictation equipment, however as the industry and technology has evolved over time, so has Witkop Office Machines. We now provide extensive options for digital, PC based open architecture dictation systems able to meet even the most demanding of requirements by integrating new technologies such as high bandwidth communications for Internet transcription and dictation. Recently, we have augmented this product line by introducing the newest technological breakthrough for dictation: speech recognition.

Our technicians have been through intensive, specialized training by manufacturers on all products, ensuring that support after the sale will maintain the high degree of excellence demanded by the medical and legal communities.
